Pale yellow clear colour. The nose is delicately perfumed, Riesling can be quite flowery, and this wine shows it well. The lacy texture is already apparent on the nose, showing a medium intensity without the stony/mineral signature of more serious vineyard. The palate is immediately enjoyable: light, elegant, juicy, uncomplicated. It is a bone-dry wine with an easy drinkable mouthfeel. To be enjoyed now!
Starts off broad, displaying spiced persimmon, ginger and star fruit, then turns bone dry and firm on the palate, with salty mineral notes sliding through. Shows lilac and white blossom details on the medium-bodied, nicely spiced finish. Drink now through 2030.
