Delivery Information

We offer Free Delivery in Lower Westchester for all orders of $150 or more on Monday through Friday unless noted otherwise at checkout. Orders placed before 11am on delivery days will be delivered on the same day. Please email us at info@varmax.com, or call us at (914) 937-4930 for any questions.

Online Ordering and Shipping Information

Varmax Liquor Pantry, Inc. can arrange shipping to many U.S. states, however some restrictions apply. At checkout, you will have the opportunity to view available shipping and pricing options to your order's destination.

Buyers must be 21 years of age to order and/or receive any alcoholic beverages. By placing an order through this webpage, you represent that you are at least 21 years of age. All alcoholic beverages that we ship on your behalf must be received and signed for an adult that is at least 21 years of age, and will be marked accordingly.

All wines and spirits purchased from Varmax Liquor Pantry, Inc. are sold at its licensed premises in New York State, where title passes to the buyer. For a shipping and handling fee, Varmax Liquor Pantry, Inc. will, at the request of the buyer, arrange shipment of wines only (not spirits) to a buyer in certain other states. Buyers are advised that some states place restrictions, including but not limited to limits on quantity, on the alcoholic beverages which a resident may bring into the state, and it is the buyer’s sole responsibility to be informed of and abide by such restrictions, and to comply with any conditions the buyer’s state may impose, including but not limited to the payment of any taxes such state may impose on wines shipped into such state.

By placing an order, the buyer warrants that he or she is in compliance with the laws and regulations of the state to which the buyer elects to ship wines. Furthermore, by placing an order, the buyer authorizes Varmax Liquor Pantry, Inc. to engage and select a third party/common carrier on the buyer’s behalf.

We can only ship spirits within New York State. 

Third party carriers will make 3 delivery attempts. If your shipment is returned, an additional shipping charge will be required to re-ship the package.

Our products are packed in third party carrier approved wine shippers, with Styrofoam inserts. We are not responsible for shipments that are confiscated or destroyed by the common carrier or government agencies due to federal, stae and local laws which may prohibit shipments of this type. FedEx will make three delivery attempts. If your shipment is returned  because an adult over 21 was not there to sign for the package, an additional charge will be applied to re-ship your order. Insurance through the common carrier will reimburse for damage due to damage or loss of the shipment.

Any order that is placed is not processed until the quantity of bottles that we have in stock is confirmed. Some wines sell out quickly. All orders are processed on a first come, first served basis.

Weather

 We do not recommend shipping wine in very warm or very cold temperatures. When it is a necessity to the customer, overnight shipping is recommended. We are not responsible for any wines damaged for weather once they are picked up from our premesis by a third party shipper. At checkout all customers are given the option to ship immediately or for us to hold onto their purchase here until they deem the weather is conducive for shipping, which is a service that we offer free of charge for 6 months.
