With its bright straw-yellow and green hues, Mongrana Bianco instantly pleases the eye. On the nose, it is finely balanced, opening with hints of citrus and tangy yellow fruit accompanied by elegant notes of jasmine and honeysuckle. The Mediterranean character of the wine is announced by herbal notes of rosemary and thyme and further enhanced by a refreshing saline quality.
A saline, lightly waxy white with aromas of green apples, lemons, seashells and yoghurt. Medium-bodied with fresh acidity and a briny edge. Very drinkable. From organically grown grapes. Vegan. Drink now.
