Very aromatic with pure notes of rose, spices, and exotic fruit. It presents a rich, extra-ripe finish to the palate with notes of honey, without being heavy. As an aperitif, solo, with strong cheeses (Munster, Bleu, Epoisses, for example...) and also to accompany exotic cuisines.
This juicy, medium-bodied gewurz may be frankly off-dry, but it is so lively and brimming with yellow-rose aromas. Very clean finish with almost none of the bitterness this grape tends to show. Drink now.
