A cool and very elegant riesling Kabinett that’s barely off-dry thanks to the strident lemony acidity that breezes through the palate as if there was no tomorrow. Super-bright, but also really structured and winey. Drink or hold. Screw cap.
Fresh, pure and perfumed, with floral notes followed by fleshy nectarine, apple and apricot. Though off-dry, this is expertly balanced, with white tea and bitter quinine notes working alongside vibrant acidity, while talc-fine minerals add length. Drink now through 2028. 2,000 cases made, 400 cases imported.
