Pie crust with brioche, lemon meringue, lime leaf, and blackboard chalk. Very aromatic. Full-bodied, with terrific structure and incredibly complex on the finish with seaweed and umami. Sea breeze, iodine and oyster finish. Superb wine. Drink or hold.
The 2021 Chardonnay UV-SL is slightly fresher and more perfumed than the 2022, with seductive floral notes joining hints of crushed stone in accenting orange and bergamot citrus aromas. Full-bodied and plush, it's harmonious, charming and elegant from start to finish.
Complex, generous and wonderfully stylish, offering a core of candied apple, salted caramel, mouthwatering lemon curd and toasted, buttery brioche flavors. Hints of flint and honeysuckle and a supple, creamy texture linger on the stunning finish. Drink now through 2034. 2,197 cases made.
