Very fragrant, with aromas of raspberries, strawberry liqueur, dried flowers and an herbal ginger note. Medium-bodied with bright, ripe red fruit flavors, supple discreet tannins and a flavorful finish. Made from old head-trained vineyards. Drink now.
The 2022 Barossa Bush Vine Grenache is juicy and super spicy, with peppercorns, clove, star anise, mulberry, raspberry and arnica. This tastes like the Barossa, in that the tannic undertow has a distinctly earthy, ferruginous character, but it is also possessed of bright and detailed top notes, giving it a jubilant feel. Very good. 14.5% alcohol, sealed under screw cap.
