100% Sauvignon Blanc, Vette is named for the imposing peaks that rise above its Sauvignon Blanc vineyard, and it is the true height of refreshing crispness and earthy minerality.
Fresh and focused, with fragrant notes of chive blossoms, grapefruit peel and peach skin accenting poached quince, persimmon and iodine flavors. Well-cut, but creamy and lingering on the finish. Drink now through 2028. 8,000 cases made, 1,575 cases imported.
Aromas of guavas, celery, white blossoms and gooseberry leaves follow through to a simple and refreshing palate. Concise, peary finish of medium length. More about purity than anything else. Drink now.
