Black is 100% plavac mali that comes from our two Dalmatian vineyards Sv. Roko in Komarna and Sv. Lucia in Dingač. It ages in large wooden tanks, concrete and small barrique barrels. The smaller brother of these two bluefish, goes well with blue fish, meat or classic dishes with meat sauces.
