Chichée is on a plateau near the 1er Cru Vaucoupin vineyard. Vinified and aged in tank. Pear and quince fruit, fresh.
White flowers, beeswax and lemon zest introduce the 2023 Chablis Terroir de Chichée that comes from an area close to the Vaucoupin 1er Cru. As the range ascends, it’s one of the notable highlights, characterized by freshness and precision, considerable tension, a racy spine of acidity and a long, saline finish. It’s a wine with an understated Chablisien character.
