On the nose there is the nectar of field flowers such as camomile, elderflower, iris. Mineral on the palate with an almond finish, typical of Classic Garganega.
A fine opening act, boasting hints of baking spices, golden apples and alpine herbs. The palate is light-weighted with a pungent mineral infusion. A little green and phenolic at the finish. It has poise, drinkability and impressive length. Very good. Drink or hold briefly. Screw cap.
