The nose of this wine is lemon and lime with pineapple and guava, which produces great minerality in the nose. The palate is full of limestone, lemon, earthy fruit, and silk texture where it's soft and smooth and affects different locations in the mouth. The finish is smooth, brighter, and light. Pairs well with roasted acorn squash or a grilled pork dish.

Nicely chalky and textural, this mineral-laden, medium-bodied wine goes deep and long, offering bright green apples alongside white peaches, toasted almonds and touches of butter and vanilla. Drink or hold.

The 2021 Chardonnay Evenstad Reserve was blended with Domaine Serene's single-vineyard Chardonnays and matured for 15 months in 22% new French oak. It has pure scents of golden apples, quince peel, chamomile and wet stone. The medium-bodied palate balances a satiny texture and concentrated flavors with a vibrant acidity, and it has a long, softly savory finish. It's elegant and easy to drink! 2,294 cases produced.
