The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer To Kalon is made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. Deep garnet-purple colored, it opens with a profound nose of crème de cassis, baked plums and blackberry preserves, leading to hints of cinnamon toast, menthol and cedar chest plus a touch of crushed rocks. Medium to full-bodied, fine-grained and refreshing, the palate is elegantly styled with amazing intensity and a fantastically long, earthy finish.
Mulberries, cherries, dried herbs, cedar, tile and spice box on the nose. Full body with firm, polished tannins. Concentrated, firm and structured with a chalky texture. Long, mineral finish. Try from 2023.
A ripe, broad style, with raspberry and boysenberry puree streaming through, laced with anise, apple wood and sassafras notes along the way. Delivers good brambly energy through the finish. Best from 2024 through 2034. 721 cases made.
