A blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon and Muscadelle, a blend that goes back for centuries. Traditional winemaking methods are used and the wine is aged on its lees for about 3 weeks, which accounts for its round, smooth and remarkably fruity flavor. It is ideal as an aperitif or with fish, seafood (a must with oysters) and cheese. Best enjoyed in its youth.
