It is fermented only in stainless steel tanks, without wooden contact, to preserve the characteristic aromas of the variety: green apple, pear and grapefruit. The wine is dry and has a refreshing and pleasant acidity balanced by the ripe fruit. The harmonious wine has a light body with a balanced and pleasant finish.
