Sourced from the orchards along the Gulf Coast of Veracruz de Ignacio de la Llave, Persian limes yield a floral aroma reminiscent of fresh lilacs. We distill these fragrant limes in a Eau de Vie still, adding a touch of cane sugar and house-made lactic acid to lend this cordial its intensely tart finish.
