Made using the "Shizukushibori" method and head water of the Yabe River, Kansansui has a soft touch coupled with subtle fruit and rice notes. A hint of color can be detected in this sake. Delicate fruit aromas give way to gently honeyed flavors of lychee, summer pear and melon.
This medium dry NV Kansansui Junmai Daiginjo is light and fresh, offering subtle and pure lemon and orange blossom scents. It has a mild taste and gentle touch on the palate, fresh and fruity, with a slightly spicy finish. Rice: 60% Yamada Nishiki, 40% Omachi. Seimaibuai: 45%.
